Transfer Advising
Are you transferring for spring 2025? It is easy, simple, and costs nothing with Instant Decision Days at Ocean County College!
Join us this spring 2025 to gain admission to up to 13 colleges and pay no fees.

Transfer Workshops
Step One: Attend a General Transfer Workshop
Students are required to attend a workshop prior to meeting with a Transfer Advisor. At the General Transfer Workshop, students will learn how:
- to plan for a successful transfer
- to utilize NJ Transfer
- to use college websites to gather information
- to select a major that aligns with transfer and career goals

Step Two: Attend a Special Topics Workshop

Step Three: Connect with a Transfer Advisor
Students with additional questions or requiring additional assistance can make an appointment to speak with a Transfer Advisor.
Please note, students will be required to attend a General or Special Topics Workshop, or both, prior to making an appointment.
